This little guy just raised $200,000 for Haiti.

Charlie Simpson rode his bike eight kilometers (five miles) around a local park, and with his genuine heart and a bit of public interest made about 400 times the amount of his initial goal . Bikes and kids are magic, eh?

Photo-Fabulous!

The Nightshades were asked to sit for fashion Photographer Miguel Jacob this weekend for a series "to capture the personality and style of the subject in a unique and intimate manner." Some other personalities include the stylish Filip ( Porcelaine Desire) and Art Star's, Nadja Sayej.

Kirsten, Patty, Irene and myself went with bikes in hand along with the traditional Nightshades persona and brought the hottness and bling. You'll just have to wait to see the final product with we hope will be shown at an upcoming photo exhibit... but here is a taste of the attitude and style backstage.

I like this girl's blog...

Swyyne blog is about a "true confessions of a recovering gluttoness"... she has great eco-style tips and a cute sense of humour.

Who else out there blogs about Hello Kittie AK47?

Or tells you how to make a 3 finger ring out of a broken barrette?

She also has prizes and stuff to win, like this Eco-Bikini.

A good blog to follow...

Stalking DJ Barbi

DJ Barbi is a Nightshade favourite. She exudes a musical brilliance that makes you flock on bikes to whatever venue (Circa to Augusta House) she is playing in. Now she is lending her talents to Thursday at Chekoski's- a great Queen West hot spot where our own Snow White exhibited her work for the CONTACT festival.

Go and dance and have fun.
