Luxury brand LVMH teamed up with FIT (the Yale of the Fashion world) to created the Bike in Style Challenge, a semester long program where students were mentored by DKNY to create stylish and practical bike wear for the Urban Cyclist. The requirements included a poncho, a jacket and a travel bag for both men and women. This competition really kicks the butt of any competition offered at Ryerson, which were mainly just exercises in disappointment and confusion.
The award ceremony was held at the LVMH Tower Magic Room on Tuesday, June 2 in New York City. There was a celebrity appearance by Hillary Duff, who apparently is a big biking enthusist.
